Payment & Shipping

1) PURCHASING 

Currency:

All prices are stated in Singapore dollars. We do not charge any GST.

If you’d like to visit our studios to view the items, please contact us to arrange for time and location preference. We are at conveniently located at Lavender (next to Lavender MRT station) and Sembawang (near Sembawang Shopping Center).

We also participate in fairs and open houses, so please join our mailing or follow our Facebook page to be in the know!

 

Special requests

Please let us know if your package requires special attention in terms of handling, urgency, or anything that we can help with. We aim to please!

 

2) PAYMENT

Modes:

1) We accept cash on pick-up at our studio locations. All orders must be paid in full before dispatching if courier or postage is selected.

2) PayPal is available as a payment option. You can still pay with any of the major credit cards securely even if you do not have a PayPal account.

3) We also accept payment through Internet bank transfer to our POSB account or mobile payment app PayLah.

 

3) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Local postage fees

All local Singapore orders $29 and below ship for $3.00

All local Singapore orders $30 and above ship for FREE

Orders with Singapore shipping address may be delivered by:-

1) Smartpac envelope (tracked, up to 1 kg)

2) Smartpac box (tracked, up to 3 kg)

3) Courier (tracked, no specific time slot, delivery within 2 weeks)

 

International Shipping

 

We are happy to serve our friends from overseas! Shipping charges will be reflected automatically in the cart check-out process.

We refund any shipping fees overage above S$5. All articles will be shipped via SingPost registered airmail with an article registration number.

Some over-sized or fragile items like large cuttings or rulers may not be eligible for International shipping.

If you have any special requests or enquiry, please let us know!

 

5) RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Even though most of our products in our stores are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, please let us know the details by filling out the form here.

– Cut fabrics may not be exchanged or returned.

– All items must not be used, washed and should be in re-saleable condition.

– We do not offer refunds although we may offer store credits which must be fully utilised within 6 months of issue.
