Refund policy
Even though most of our products in our stores are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, please let us know the details by filling out the form here.
- Cut fabrics may not be exchanged or returned.
- All items must not be used or washed and should be in re-saleable condition.
- We do not offer refunds although we may offer store credits which must be fully utilised within 6 months of issue.
