SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We process orders as promptly as we can. After your payment is received, we usually dispatch the package in 1 or 2 business days.
Local delivery fees *Special Rates for delivery in Singapore*
All local Singapore orders $47.99 and below: Delivery fee is $3.50
All local Singapore orders $48 and above: Free delivery
Orders with Singapore shipping address will be delivered by door-to-door delivery. Standard delivery lead time is usually around 1-3 working days. If there are any exceptions, we will inform you of any delays.
International Shipping
We are now shipping worldwide via FedEx International service with FLAT RATE shipping fees. This means that your shipping rate is fixed* regardless of how many items you add to your cart. Hooray for quicker deliveries, simpler shipping calculation and more savings for our international customers.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- Flat fee shipping is only applicable to standard area as stipulated by FedEx. Remote / out of delivery area will be subjected to additional charges as advised by FedEx. *Flat fee shipping is only applicable to standard area as stipulated by FedEx.
Otherwise, the packages will be shipped via SingPost International delivery.
- Some items may not ship overseas due to over-size or fragility. We reserve the right to refund the amount paid for items that cannot be shipped overseas. Please contact us if you have any questions or shipping requests.
